Services include complete installation and repair of CCTV systems, telephone entry systems for gates, access control for mail stations, business centers, laundry areas and fitness centers. We can also provide fencing and fence repair, gates and gate repair.

CCTV cameras can be installed at gates to capture faces and license plates giving community managers clear digital records of individuals entering and leaving the property. Installation services include burying wire under grass or concrete to connect cameras throughout the property. Cameras can also record who damaged the gate so you can charge the tenant for the repairs.

Our Central Video Monitoring Station can actually open gates remotely if desired. The system utilizes our Digital Video Recorder or our Video Server which has inherent software to recognize motion. Video signals can be sent to our monitoring station and the video can be stored at our Central Video Monitoring Station for seven days. Longer storage is available at special prices depending on the length of the storage requirement.
