Stealth Monitoring Inc. (“Stealth”) is owned by Norm Charney. Norm has been licensed as a CPA in Texas since 1979. He currently is also the Managing Partner of Vision Equity LLC, a private equity firm based in Dallas (www.visionequity.com). After working for EDS for a number of years, Norm acquired Athletic Supply of Dallas in 1981 and managed that business until 2001. During that time he built the company to be the largest licensed sports mail order catalog in the country and was licensed by the NFL, NBA, NHL, PGA and other professional sports to produce their official catalogs. The company integrated 11 call centers and 8 warehouses. Some of these call centers were located outside the United States. From 1993 to 2001, the company also managed three significant Sears’ catalogs, as Sears outsourced the fulfillment and logistics to Norm’s company. In 1998, a new company called ASD Systems Inc was formed, as an outsourced service provider to manage orders and shipments for over $500 million a year in customer orders. In 1999, Mr. Charney,as CEO, was successful in raising over $50 million in an initial public offering for ASD Systems, Inc. Mr. Charney sees a similar opportunity to expand this video monitoring service provider.

Mr. Charney is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stealth Monitoring Inc. and is active day-to-day in the business.
